The DS-200 has been in operation now for a little over a month and the results are absolutely fantastic. I would never have thought that I would need sun glasses while watering my plants, but I was seeing spots there for a while. The light energy output to heat output ratio is amazing. These lights run so cool. With the high quality products and awesome customer service, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for LED Grow Lights.
The grass is not greener on the other side. I'm sticking with Advanced LED.
Thank you,
Chris

Just received 2 of the new Diamond Series DS-200s. Shipping through Fedex went quickly and easily. When I opened the shipping containers, I was happy to see that these appear to be of high quality. The thing feels SOLID, and well built. I suggest you wear sun glasses with UV protection before you turn this light on. It is very powerful. I really like the new lenses for each individual LED. The lenses will prevent light loss from the sides of the LEDs, and focuses it to achieve even greater light intensity and penetration. Only time will tell, but things are looking good so far with these DS-200s.

I just ordered 2 of the Diamond Series (DS-200)lights to replace my 400 watt HID. It's hard to make a decision on which LED light company to trust, especially when spending this kind of money. All it took for me to decide on Advanced LED over all the other prominent brands, was their customer representative, Kyle. It is very reassuring that you can call and talk to someone usually right away. So my rating, right now, is on the Customer Service. Thanks Kyle!

You'd think for 500+ bucks for the DS200, it'd be hard to impress.......I'm here to tell you, it's almost art. The enameled cabinet, coated aircraft cable hangers, solid brass hanger/fastners, the georgeous LED array, and even solid feeling switches...
BEAUTIFUL!!!!
I have used my light for a little bit, I can say it matches or exceedes any other light that I have seen, it is a perfect size and pattern for my application and the easy hookup is a big plus. Fewer chords is good.
Thank you folks so much, I am already saving for my next. I'm blowing you up on FB and 420 mag
Thank You

I have been using my DS100 for about 3 weeks or so and I am very pleased with the results. I do thus far have similar results to an HID lamp. Come harvest time I will know for sure if I will go all LED or not (after I judge yield and over all quality). However, thus far, this little DS100 is producing stocky, full, not stretched, very beautiful plants. If the final results are about the same as my 400W HID (Kyle said the DS100 is more like a 250W HID), then I will purchase a 2nd DS100 to increase my coverage area and say bye bye to my HID. I'm all about less heat, lower power consumption, and of course increased yield/quality (yet to be determined).
My first impression is that this is a great light. I wish there were more comparison's out there between these DS series lights and the other good LED's such as, HydroGrow LED's and the 357 Magnum LED's. My guess is the DS series lights are comparable to those competitors and at a better price.
My only criticism with these lights is maybe add some 60 degree beam angles in with the 90 degree beam angles that are currently being used in the DS series. This would help with pushing the light beams further, but, this may increase the price, so who knows - certainly not me. Thankfully, and what makes these DS lights great is, the DS series has a secondary lens, which focuses the 90 beam angle and helps reduce wasted light out the sides of the primary LED lens. Another thing that would be nice is to get the micromole readings at various distances for each DS model.
All in all, I don't think you can go wrong purchasing these lights. I do expect to see a great final product as the current progress is phenomenal. Besides, if I don't like what comes out in the end there's the 90 day hassle free return policy. I don't think I'll use the return policy though, because, it's a good light.

Hi
I received my Diamond Series LED light today from Fed Ex. It arrived within a few days of ordering it. Its cold where I live so I don't want to turn the light on until its had plenty of time to reach room temperature. It arrived at about 33 degrees. Can't give any feedback on how it performs yet obviously, but I have to say these guys at Advanced LED Lights have been professional and helpful from the start. I ordered online on Saturday night and had an early morning call Monday morning from Kyle. He reminded me that the light I bought is the small model and would have a fairly small growing area. I appreciated his honesty and his answers to some of my questions. This is a test light for me. I want to use it and see what it will do before I start buying bigger, more practical models that will hopefully replace old technology, hot lights. The literature that arrives with the light is great. Two pages of very easy to follow instructions. What impressed me was the amount of information they provide about the need to change some gardening habits when you start using lights that don't produce heat. Their warnings about over watering and dampness are right on the money. Follow the advice about watering and air circulation or you'll wish you had. I've seen these problems in gardens that replaced HPS with T5s which reduced temperatures. I feel confident based on the quality of the light itself, the customer service and the well thought out instructions that this is going to be a great improvement in gardening indoors. Give me a few weeks to put it to use and I'll update this comment with the results. The 600 or even in my dreams the 800 watt model will quickly move to first place on the list of things I want and will somehow find a way to get.

I just wanted to say I've had amazing results with both my 800W and 200W Diamond Series LED.
They are the real deal if anyone is looking for good LED's. I was a little scared because of the price at first but you get what you pay for; and that is an A++ LED light.

I have purchased a DS200 and my overall experience with advancedledlights has been amazing, from the moment I called and talked to "Kyle" he has taken care of me on everything that I have needed, there were a couple things that could not be done but it was handled fairly and professionally and that they cared. Everything that was stated to me was true and has been spot on, from the time that I received my light advancedledlights has been there for any questions that I may have.
Highly impressed with the quality, it has a finned heat sink. all around an amazing light! I like the fact that they have individual lens's which is great quality and it runs very quiet.
I am growing tulips and orchids and they are growing fantastic, I love it. These lights are high intensity to take care of the high intensity plants and also low intensity plants as well.
Also I am running the light 24hrs a day, and only raised my bill $15.00 totally awesome!!!! I just received my 2nd DS200 and cant wait to put it to work. These are the wave of the future dont wait get on board and start growing smarter and better today.

I have been working with my lamp for almost 4 weeks. The quality is superior to other products, this is well built. My garden responded immediately. There is no hid stress, and the reduction of heat is wonderful. Having researched for several years, and trying other products, was sold on the 90 day money back guarantee. The customer service is great, they answered all my questions, and updated me when the item was to ship.
Thank you for a wonderful product, I will be back for more!

Just got it from fedex super fast delievery just odered it last friday. Customer support was very helpful and speedy with my order. The light it self is very well made all the connections are solid the fans on it are huge but quite and keep the lights cool. The switches for the extreme veg and the everything lights are easy to switch and can both be on at the same time. Extremely impressed and will be continuing to purchase these lights and will be recommending them to everyone i know.

The DS100 has far exceded my expectations. My plants responded beyond imagination for 100 watts. No heat, no noise a great light, I dont know why anyone would want to use HID or CFL.
Only the stuborn fools will stay with the old technology.

I just got my 100w diamond series light and I could see it's quality the second I took it out of the box. The heat sink has fins on it, not "flat" like most others. The fans are super quite, a plus for me! I also bought a 15w spectraBoost grow light, (blue, both lights have been on for two weeks now with no problems to report. Since my grow tent is in a non-heated area, I have had to add a heater because the light do not produce heat. So far I have seen very good growth, with very healthy leaves. I love the fact that you can control the red and blue lights. I will keep in touch on how things are going !!!

First off, it's usually a good sign when you see a 90 day money back guarantee. This allows you to at least test the light on one good grow to make sure the light works properly.
The three year warranty on top of this is great news.
In addition that you can trust.
I know that the old models worked well and I can't wait to see how the diamond series works. This LED light looks so different from all the other lights out there. Cutting edge stuff.

Just a response to receiving my two DS200 lights today.
Just a brief on my background. I am a retired electrical-mechanical packaging engineer for a major gov. contractor in Florida.
I know quality when I see it.
Your DS200 lights reflect professional engineering and assembly for sure.
I have no doubt they will perform professionally as well.
I love the selection switches and they are the main reason for my purchase. (options are a good thing) I did not see this feature on other vendors products.
The power daisy chaining ability is a nice touch as well.
Excellent product I must say.

I first started using Advanced LEDs in June of 2010, starting out with one of their 180w Extreme Flower units. It did a great job and I decided to purchase additional lights. My mistake was that I decided to look around and "bargain shop" and I picked up a couple 300w lights from another company. I was using those lights in my 2x6 grow and decided to put the Advanced 180w in the middle of them to fill in the dead space. I wasn't expecting the 180 to be much more than a gap filler for the other lights. What surprised me was that the Advanced 180 outperformed the competitor's lager, more powerful lights by a huge margin. The plants directly below the 180 almost doubled the yield of the other two. These were all identical clones and in a hydroponics setup so the nutrients were also identical.
After the results of that grow I immediately called Advanced and starting asking about their lights some more. I found out that they had a new light that was ready to be launched and was very eager to try one out. They weren't for sale yet, but since they didn't have a lot of field testing done with it (at least not the style I grow, small foot print, 12/12 from clone), they would like to compare it against their own lights. I was more than happy to agree.
I divided my space into three separate chambers with light barriers. I placed three Advanced LEDs in there, their current 180w, a 360w and their new Diamond Series 200w. When I received the 200w light I could tell right away, this light is going to be a game changer. It has that familiar shape that most companies use, but aside from that this light is different. It has 2 switches allowing you to go veg or bloom. A helpful option when starting off with small plants that can't handle the intense light of both being on initially. It also has larger fans on the back, and these are whisper quiet. The other noticeable difference is that each individual LED has its own little reflector.
So I started out my test, three lights from Advanced LED competing against each other. I initially expected that the 200w would be a slight improvement yield-wise over the 180w, after all the 180 trounced the competitor's 300w. What surprised me is that the 200w Diamond Series didn't know it was being compared against the 180w and had its sights set on beating the 360w light.
Keeping the comparison fair, I used clones of 2 strains and gave each light a total of 4 plants to grow. They all are looking great, but as expected the plants under the 360 are heavier and thicker than the 180. What wasn't expected was that the plants under the 200w Diamond Series are as big and dense as the ones under the 360w. That was amazing; if I hadn't seen this myself I wouldn't have thought it possible.
I am doing the chop next week and will have final weight and yield per watt numbers that I will update.
These new Diamond Series lights are the real deal. I can't wait to get more into my grow space, as soon as I do, I will post reviews on them as well.
