You have to use Mylar, even if you realy dont need it, I just like looking at my self in it. I would say with "HPS & MH" Mylar works 125% and hardley nothing would grow with out it... but with LED 3W you dont really need the whole room covered. It still helps to have some still in your grow room. dont feel like home with out it any how.
